Concept Apple Car

I found an interesting concept car a-la Apple from Anthony Jannarelly – a student at MA Automotive Design Coventry University. It’s actually a transport robot called iMo. It could carry up to three people. There’s no pedals or steering wheel present on board — the car moves by itself — you just have to tell it where you need to be delivered. There’s a way to switch to manual control though, then you can direct the car with a flick of your wrist. This robot could pick up your kids from school, etc. But would you trust your kids to the robot?

Anyway, pretty cool concept! Check it out at http://www.imoconcept.com/
